Yvette Guzman, L.Ac

Yvette Guzman lived several years in Hawaii, which is where her holistic healing journey begun in becoming a Reiki Master and Healing Touch Practitioner, then moving to New York City to pursue becoming an acupuncturistand licensed herbalist. Ms. Guzman graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York and earned her Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine. Yvette is a Diplomat in Oriental Medicine recognized by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Ms.Guzman received extensive clinical training in Beijing, China. She completed anexternship program approved and ordered by the New York City courts to perform acupuncture on formerly incarcerated individuals with history of substance abuse. Her diverse clinical experience includes sports medicine treating professional athletes from NFL, UFC and MLB. Yvette has spent many hours of continuing education studying under various experts to enhance her skills inpain management, women's health, mental health, lyme disease, migraines, facialrejuvenation, weight loss and general wellness.
