She subsequently completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at the University of California, San Diego where she acquired the skills to diagnose and treat a variety of pain conditions utilizing minimally invasive spine techniques, neuromodulation, and regenerative medicine procedures using fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guidance.Dr. Erosa's path to medicine began with a strong interest in the musculoskeletal system- fostered by her long history of competitive sports at both the collegiate and international levels. She understands the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to any neuromusculoskeletal or spine-related problem including physical therapy, occupational therapy, exercise, nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and targeted interventional procedures. Her fellowship training affords her the expertise to provide non-operative spine care, minimally-invasive pain management, and regenerative options to treat a variety of pain conditions. Above all, she believes in the importance of communication with patients: ensuring they understand where their symptoms are coming from and the spectrum of treatment options available to address their specific needs and goals.Dr. Erosa was born and raised in the Bronx, New York.
