Rebecca R. Ascunce, M.D.

Dr. Rebecca Ascunce was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She received her bachelor's degree at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She received her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. She then completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. After residency, she completed a fellowship specializing in congestive heart failure and heart transplant at the University of Miami in Florida. Finally, she completed her fellowship in cardiovascular diseases at New York University Langone Medical Center.
