Razvan A. Pavelescu, D.P.M.

Dr. Andrew Pavelescu is a Podiatrist practicing in Fresh Meadows, NY. He earned his medical degree from The Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his residency training in the Department of Orthopedics & Rehabilitation at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. He is a trusted and reliable foot and ankle surgeon with extensive training in all aspects of forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle surgery including trauma, sports medicine and arthroscopy, pediatric and adult reconstructive surgery, external (frame) fixation techniques, limb salvage, as well as wound and diabetic foot care.

Dr. Pavelescu received supplemental training in lower limb deformity correction as well as advanced training in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, by the AO Foundation. He was awarded with the Presidential Scholarship and earned distinction as a member of the Pi Delta National Honor Society. Dr. Pavelescu has been actively involved in teaching and education and as a result he continues to actively participate in resident education and lecturing.
