Dr. Michelle Ramos is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Weill Cornell Medicine and an Assistant Attending Physician at New York-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center and New York-Presbyterian Hospital Brooklyn Methodist. She is board certified in General Pediatrics.

After receiving her B.A. in Behavioral Biology at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, she went on to earn her medical degree (M.D) at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she served as vice president of the Latino Medical Student association (LMSA) and as the medical Spanish instructor. She then completed her pediatrics residency at NYU Langone Health where she served as the vice president and president of the pediatrics diversity, equity, and inclusion committee and helped raise funds for food insecurity and families in need during the COVID19 pandemic. After residency, she completed her fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology at New York-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center. During her fellowship, Dr. Ramos focused her research on pediatric inflammatory bowel disease epidemiology throughout the COVID19 pandemic and served as a member of the NASPGHAN diversity, equity, and inclusion committee and was awarded the NASPGHAN Child Nutrition and Health Equity White House Challenge Award.

Dr. Ramos is fluent in English and Spanish, and clinical interests include constipation, cow's milk protein allergy, gastroesophageal reflux disease, eosinophilic esophagitis, celiac disease, abdominal pain, nausea/vomiting, and inflammatory bowel disease.
