Julia Kim, NP

Julia Kim, MSN, AGPNP-BC is a ANCC board-certified Primary Care Adult and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner working alongside Dr. Joseph Safdieh in general outpatient neurology. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at New York University. She has 14 years of clinical experience having worked the majority of her nursing career in the Emergency Department at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist. During her nursing career she achieved Certification in Emergency Medicine, Trauma Nurse Core Course, Stroke certification and is trained as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner. Upon receiving her Master of Science in Nursing at Hunter-Bellevue College, she has worked inpatient as a nurse practitioner at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell working in Internal medicine, palliative care and surgical step-down unit. Julia is dedicated to providing high quality care to patients and places a strong emphasis on holistic and preventative care in the management of chronic conditions.
