James A. Blake, MD, FACC

James Blake, MD, FACC, is the founding partner of the practice Cardiovascular Prevention and Therapeutics of New York, PLLC. Dr. Blake has over 25 years of experience in Cardiovascular Medicine and has been voted one of New York City's "Top Doctors."He is a graduate of Rochester University where he was Phi Beta Kappa and received his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine where he was Alpha Omega Alpha.He did his medical residency and Cardiovascular fellowship at the New York Presbyterian Hospital-Cornell Medical Center. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, Echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology.
