Elsa Thomas, M.D.

Dr. Elsa Thomas is an Assistant Attending Psychiatrist and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from Tufts University, followed by a medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. She completed her adult psychiatry residency at Zucker Hillside Hospital at Northwell Health, where she served as inpatient chief resident in her final year, and went on to pursue a fellowship in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry at NYU Langone Health. Dr. Thomas is passionate about addressing healthcare inequities that impact patient care.
